Liverpool Local Plan

Liverpool City Council now welcomes your view on the Submission Draft Local Plan. The Local Plan will be a new statutory plan to guide development in the City over the next 15 to 20 years.  It will replace the Liverpool Unitary Development Plan which has been in use since 2002.

The Publication Draft Local Plan consultation seeks the views of local residents, key stakeholders and other interested parties as to whether the Liverpool Local Plan is 'sound' and legally compliant.

It is important that you contribute to help shape the Local Plan to protect our parks and green spaces in the planning system. Visit the Planning Portal here to comment before the 9 March 2018 deadline.

LOGS have helped to prepare the Town or Village Green Application for the green space at the Beechley Estate. It is expected this application will be considered in June 2018.
